The accommodation has been fully fitted and furnished to the highest standard, ensuring our guests enjoy a stay experience like none other … Attention to detail is quite exemplary, with every possible need catered for within this outstanding holiday home, suitable for couples, small groups, or the family. The location could not be better with the vibrant Tynemouth Village literally a few minutes walk where you can enjoy the most amazing early morning and late evening walks, with an abundance of reputable coffee shops to pick up your favourite latte!. The apartment is sat literally at one end of the award-winning Longsands Tynemouth Beach, with King Edwards Bay, and Priory Castle just around the corner.
The sumptuous accommodation has a lovely open plan airy feel with attractive flooring throughout, the space includes a stunning spacious lounge and dining space with a a large wall mounted smart TV, including Sky Glass with free Sky Sports and Movies for our guests along with a XBOX with lots of games.., the TV is mounted on a feature media designer wall with a living flame electric fire. The lounge space is furnished to the highest standard with leather sofa’s and a hardwood 8 person dining table, with a beautiful modern designed open-plan kitchen area including all appliances.. Whip up any culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, including fabulous white granite work surfaces, benefitting from a range of quality appliances and an impressive selection of utensils and accessories, adding that little bit of convenience and luxury to any in-house dining our guests enjoy. We also have an Nespresso Coffee Machine for our coffee lovers!
The three bedrooms are beautifully fitted, the master bedroom has king sized bed and a sofa bed, ample hanging space, offering a great space for families, with a further 2 spacious double bedrooms, one of which has a comfortable camp bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs installed with Sky adding that little extra home from home luxury.
The property benefits from a full impressive bathroom / w.c. on the first floor and a further shower room/w.c. on the ground floor.
