This extensive clean, modern and well decorated apartment has been thoughtfully laid out including lovely spacious lounge with a large smart TV and bay window, a new modern fitted breakfast kitchen, 4 person dining table, with all usual appliances and utensils, including a washing machine and dishwasher, the 5 bedrooms sleep up to 8 persons, with 3 double sized bedrooms, and two single bedrooms, all with high quality bedding. A modern bathroom with shower and useful second W.C on the upper floor.

Location is fantastic with everything you need on the doorstep, the Whitley Bay Sea Front Promenade is just at the bottom of the street, and the Whitley Bay bustling town centre, with its fabulous range of shops, cafe’s and bar / restaurants is just a few minutes walk away. There is a local Co-op store close by in walking range, for all your essentials.
Guest access a fully self contained private apartment located on the first and second floor, and is not suitable for wheelchair access or guests who cannot manage stairs
